REFUND POLICY

BY ORDERING ANY SERVICE FROM OUR WEBSITE UNLOCKGALAXY.NET YOU AGREE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY.
1 FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN FOLLOWING CASE:
1.1 Any Order with correct IMEI number or Carrier name while ordering and we failed to unlock/complete it when only these 2 information are required to unlock or complete your service but you agree to wait till pending unlock clears.
1.2 Some unlock or service requires you to send us Phone number or serial number in that case if you have sent us required information correctly and we failed to unlock or complete your service.

2 NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN FOLLOWING CASE:
2.1 When you Send us Incorrect IMEI number or Wrong Carrier name or both. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT CORRECT CARRIER,IF YOU ORDER UNLOCK SERVICE FOR ONE CARRIER AND SEND US IMEI NUMBER OF DIFFERENT CARRIER NO REFUND IS GRANTED.
2.2 Some unlock or service requires you to send us Phone number or serial number in that case all required information should be correct, if there is any single wrong information no refund is possible.
2.3 If you send us BAD ESN / BAD IMEI (Phone with reported stolen/Blocked/barred/replaced/payment overdue/any issue with carrier) to unlock, There is NO REFUND unless we have clearly mention we support BAD ESN. SO do not send us to Process BAD IMEI / ESN when service says it supports CLEAN IMEI.
2.4 Any wrong order gets no refund.
2.5 If you send us unlocked Phone to unlock you’ll get no refund.

3.Time Frame mentioned in out site to complete order are for reference only, Mostly, we complete unlock before time frame,But sometimes due to server problems or due to any other technical problem unlock can delay, at that time we have sole right to refund your money.No refund will be granted until pending unlock clears.We will not accept Refund only because of Delay in TIME FRAME Mentioned in our website.

4. WE ONLY ONLY ACCEPT GOOD IMEI / NON BLOCKED UNLESS STATED.SENDING US IMEI of BLOCKED/BARRED/REPORTED STOLEN/PAYMENT Issue with Carrier/Service Contract Not Fulfilled/ Activated on Another customer account DOESN’T COVER REFUND.SO PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK IF YOUR IMEI IS CLEAN OR NOT BEFORE ORDER. NO REFUND IF CARRIER DENYS UNLOCK in CLEAN SERVICE when you order CLEAN Unlock Service.

5. No REFUND ONCE YOU ORDER AND LATER YOU CHANGED YOU MIND AND ASK FOR CANCELATION. STRICTLY NO CANCELATION.

We have reserved the rights to change this policy when required.
